BIA Box and Pouch Printing Machine

The Tach-It BIA Box and Pouch Feeder is an automatic printing system with a high speed collator for printing of variable information including; bar codes, sell by dates, lot or production numbers or codes, expiration dates, logos, text or other required information. Perfect for use in the pharmaceutical, medical, vitamin, cannabis, CBD, food or any application requiring high speed on demand printing directly onto a box or pouch. The Tach-It BIA machines uses TIJ ink jet printing technology. This is the easiest and cleanest ink jet technology on the market as the ink is self contained in cartridges which means no mess and no purging of ink delivery systems. Also, the TIJ system is reliable as the printhead is part of the ink cartridge. Change a cartridge and you get a new printhead. The BIA machine comes with a 7 inch touch screen printer controller with qwerty keyboard and has a print resolution of 75-600 DPI. Print heights for this system are 2 - 12.7 mm with each printhead and multiple printheads can be installed if needed to increase the print height. Print orientation is also controllable. We offer inks for both porous and non-porous surfaces and multiple colors are available. The Tach-It BIA machine fits onto a table top and the product size minimum width is 3.5 inches and the maximum width is 13 inches. Product length minimum is 2.5 inches and the maximum is 13.75 inches.
