What is your return policy?
Restocking Charge: We are happy to accept returns on stock items for reasons other than unsatisfactory quality. However, there are expenses such as repacking, inventory adjustment and account adjustment. We, therefore, must charge a restocking fee of Twenty percent (20 %). Call for a return authorization number within 30 days to make a return.
Return Materials: Before returning any items to us, you must first call customer service at 813 242 6995 for a return materials authorization (RMA#) number. Any items returned without an RMA number will be refused. CLICK FOR COPY OF RMA FORM HERE.
Cancellations: Special ordered merchandise cannot be cancelled. Cancellation of standard item orders must be received prior to shipment of goods. We cannot cancel an order once it has shipped.

How do I register and open an online account with Quick Pak Inc?

- Follow on-screen instructions
- If you have a customer number, we will register you under your existing account.
- If you're a new customer, an account will be set up upon completion of your order.
Note: You may also register without placing an order
State law requires that Quick Pak Inc have a properly executed exemption certificate from all customers who claim sales tax exemption. If the exemption certificate is not received, Quick Pak Inc is required by law to charge sales tax, in the states listed below. If the ship-to state is not listed below, tax will not be charged.
If a customer qualifies for a sales tax exemption in any of the states listed below, they will need to complete the sales tax exemption certificate, or other state approved form, and send it to Quick Pak Inc’s Tax Department, fax at (813) 242-6985. Once we receive the completed exemption certificate we will promptly update the account.
If the exemption certificate received is incomplete, a Quick Pak Inc Tax Department Representative will contact the customer with the details needed to complete the certificate.
We are unable to accept online submission of sales tax exemption certificates due to the need for a physical signature.
