Smipack FW750S Servo Flow Wrapper

The new FW series of automatic packaging machines with flow pack system, designed according to Industry 4.0 and IoT (Internet of Things) technological platforms, is the family of machines that completes the SMIPACK range. This medium-high speed version is composed of 4 models (two with upper reel and two with lower reel) and stands out for the presence of a cross sealing bar with box motion system, both controlled by servomotors. The translating movement allows to pack a wide variety of long-life products (through injection of gas or nebulization of preservative flavorings) with different sizes and heights, without machine downtime, in packages made with simple or coupled flexible material (including polyethylene/polyolefin film).

Thanks to a dynamic or adjustable conformer complete with accessories and the three pairs of pneumatic opening wheels, which carry out the dragging, longitudinal sealing and film folding operations, these packaging machines can reach the maximum output of 80 products/minute.
