Regular PM Service on your Pallet Stretch Wrapper Turntable.

Here is a Phoenix PLP-2150 Pallet Wrapper at one of our customers. This wrapper gets a PM service every six months. When the turntable is removed you can see the condition of the chain, gears, and wheels. The service tech checks the following:

-Bearings on all the wheels and that there is no play or wobble and all spin free.

-Check the chain tension.

-Look for wear, any play or damage on the three sprockets.

-Shop-vac the debris out of the base and remove any old grease.

-Lube the chain and sprockets and clean all the wheels and replace the turntable.

Because this Phoenix wrapper gets PM service every six months, if any ware issues come up, they are addressed and fixed. Regular service on the machine means that the PM service call is normally fast and efficient.
