​How to Use a Wire Buckle for Strapping

Step 1: Free end of strap – First take the free end of the strap, the end coming off the dispenser, and make a loop of about 6”

Step 2: Thread the Loop – Thread the loop through the back of the buckle and around the leg or tine.

Step 3: Wrap the Strap – Wrap the strap around your package or pallet and repeat the loop and thread process.

Step 4: Pull the Strap – Holding strap firmly, pull tightly on the end still attached to the coil until the strap is tight. You can also use a manual tensioner to pull the strap tight.

Step 5: Cut the Strap.
