FV350/200 - Automatic orbital wrapper (Product min. Dimensions W 400 x H 400 mm)

The FROMM FV350 is the Automatic version of the FV300 vertical budget wrapping machines. It also offers a choice of 6 ring diameters, from Ø 50 - 250 cm and is equipped with 2 film dispensers with a mechanical film brake. Suitable for handling 100-, 170- or 250-mm film rolls (see ring Ø).

FV series vertical wrapping machines are particularly suitable for wrapping all kinds of (long) products like panels and bundles of bars, beams, profiles, tubes, cables, etc. Designed for easy operation, efficient and safe work. Adding value to any wrapping process and working conditions. Equipped with two film dispensers it can wrap up to 2x times faster than any other wrapping machine, with only one reel. Setting the right combination of stretch and ring speed, in combination with automatic film attachment and cutting, will give you a consistent well wrapped package from the beginning to the end. Whether you choose for, the Semi-automatic or Automatic version, in all cases you can operate it manually or with a foot pedal.

The simple construction and its easy operation make the FV350 Automatic budget wrapping machines an efficient partner at packaging locations, with a diversity of operators and products. It’s simple, basic double film dispensers, with mechanical brake, enable a fast-wrapping process. It is ideally suited for shipping locations that wrap <50 products per day, within the logistics of long products, corrugated board, wooden planks, counter battens, ferrous, non-ferrous or plastic profiles, tubes, bars, skirting boards, cable and wire bundles or any kind of small panels etc.
