Thermoformed Plastic Packaging.

Thermoforming has close similarities with vacuum forming except that greater use is made of air pressure, the process is invariably automated and faster cycle times are achieved than in the vacuum forming process. Thermoformed plastics are excellent for customers who require soft plastic packaging, in particular thermoformed plastics are usually used in the food, toiletry, pharmaceutical and electronic industry.

Various types of extruded thermoformed plastics in sheet or reel format.

A variety of materials available including polyethylene terephthalate (PET), recycled polyethylene terephthalate (rPET), perforated polyethylene terephthalate (PPET), amorphous polyethylene terephthalate (APET), poly-ethylene terephthalate glycol (PETG), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polystyrene (PS) and high impact polystyrene (HIPS).

Produced using form, fill & seal (FFS) vacuum machinery such as Multivac & Ilpra.
Food-grade environment materials, compliant with BRC IOP
Lamination and sealing layers if required.
A choice of any color or variation to suit requirements.

Expanded / Foamed Plastics:

Expanded, molded or fabricated foams provide an ideal alternative packing solution for heavy, fragile or irregular shaped products. When used in conjunction with corrugated board, plastic containers, totes or pallet stillage’s these foams can provide a safe re-usable packaging system.

Blister and Clamshell Packs:

Blister and clamshell packs are an ideal solution for packaging small consumer goods and pharmaceuticals and protect the product from external factors such as humidity and contamination for extended periods of time.

Printed Films:

Flexible or rigid films can be printed, from random repeat to registered printing, and are perfect for consumer goods and product optimization.

A flexographic printing process in up to 8 colors
Origination and artwork proofing facilities
High quality direct-to-plate technology to ensure best in class printing
Produced within a food grade (BRC IOP) environment.

Plastic containers:

Plastic containers can be used individually or as a part of a total packaging solution when combined with our standard 'in the box' packaging products. They are an excellent way to store, protect and transport a wide variety of products.

Corrugated sheet:

Plastic (PP) corrugated sheet, is lightweight, waterproof & re-usable. It is a perfect solution for commercial signs and sign-writing as well as forming durable packs, pallet containers or fittings.
