Orion Flex LPA - Low Profile Automatic (NEW)

Flex Automatic eliminate the need for operators to attach and cut the stretch film. Simply place the pallet load on the machine, and pull a lanyard switch while backing away. The machine will perform the entire wrap cycle automatically without the need for an operator to tie the film tail to the load at the beginning of the cycle, and detach it at the end. This will greatly impact the efficiency of your stretch packaging operation by keeping your operators busy with other tasks while the machine is wrapping.

Orion Flex CTS Conveyorized Twin Station Stretch Wrapper (DEMO)

The Flex CTS eliminates the need for an operator to attach & cut the stretch film AND eliminates time-loss from forklift drives “watching” loads being wrapped. Simply place the pallet-load on the infeed conveyor via forklift, and pull a lanyard switch while backing away. The machine will advance the load into the wrapping zone automatically, freeing the loading zone to receive another load. The machine will wrap the load as you have pre-determined it to do, automatically adapting to the load size and shape
