That's why we have a dedicated service department, consisting of expert factory trained equipment technicians to service the many different brands of systems we carry.  Quick Pak Inc feels very strongly about the importance of supporting our customers and the product solutions we provide. Consequently we offer comprehensive maintenance options designed to prevent equipment issues before they become problems.

Quick Pak Inc provides monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and yearly maintenance agreements on a wide range of packaging equipment systems. This program has many benefits that will SAVE you TIME and MONEY!

These calls are pre-scheduled and provide you with a field technician who is experienced in the task at hand.

PLC Program Modifications:

With PLC programming and programs modification or tweaks, we can help you achieve a higher throughput, thus saving you valuable time and lowering your cost per pallet.

 Training:

Train your operators to maintain high levels of operation, and optimize stretch film usage by testing pre-stretch efficiency

Retrofits and Upgrades

In many cases, a simple packaging retrofit can restore an older pallet stretch wrap machine into a very cost effective and efficient stretch wrapping system, often at a fraction of the cost of a new stretch wrapper.
