Industrial Packaging Papers

Standard basis weights available are 30#, 40#, 50#, 60#, and 70#. 

Virgin Kraft is used for applications that require higher tear strength than recycled Kraft.  Its low cost and clean fiber content make it especially suited for printed packaging applications.   Virgin Kraft is ideal for wrapping, surface protection, pallet interleaving, carrier sheets, and dunnage.

Recycled Kraft

Standard basis weights available are 30#, 40#, 50#, 60#, and 70#. 

Due to its recycled fiber content, Recycled Kraft has less strength then Virgin Kraft.  However, Recycled Kraft is widely used in dunnage and void fill applications, box and tray liners, interleavers as well as newspaper bottom wrap.

Bogus Papers

Standard basis weights available are 50# and 70#.

Primarily used as void fill, Gray Bogus can also be used as an interleaver or for cushioning of interior box spaces.  It is a bulky sheet with excellent absorbency properties.  Gray Bogus is made from 100% recycled fiber and is easy on the environment.

Newsprint

Standard basis weight available is 30#

Newsprint is a clean, smooth sheet that can be used for a variety of applications.  Ideally suited for wrapping fragile items and dunnage applications, it can also be used as a sandwich wrap as long as a PE sheet is used on the inside.  Packaging newsprint comes from rolls that have been downgraded from prime paper due to imperfections or damage.  Therefore, size tolerances may vary due to the availability of master rolls

Black Kraft

Standard basis weight available is 50#.

The major use for Black Kraft is in the picture framing industry as back linings on picture frames.  It is also used for arts & crafts projects or where light barriers are needed. 

Chipboard

Various calipers are available.  Please call for availability.

Chipboard is made from recycled fibers and is used for interleaving, pallet lining, laminating and notepaper backing.

Linerboard

Standard basis weights available are 26# and 33# (MSF).  Other basis weights may also be available.  Please call for pricing and sizes.  Linerboard is heavier than Kraft paper, and is manufactured for the purpose of making corrugated cartons.  Linerboard can be used for floor covering, pallet liners, interleaving and slip sheets, as well as a protective over wrap when shipping various products.

Vapor Barriers

We can custom coat any number of grades of paper with aqueous coatings for vapor barrier applications.  In addition, our capabilities include laminating paper to paper, poly to paper and foil to paper, depending on the requirements of your application.  Call us for details. 

Colored Kraft

Standard basis weight available is 50#. Other basis weights can be made available.  Please call for pricing and minimums. Our colored Kraft can be found in many different colors.  From red, blue, green and yellow, practically any color can be obtained.  Minimums do apply.  Uses for Colored Kraft include bulletin boards, school supplies and arts & crafts applications.
